Tool “Mammoth” 2022 Tour
Tool tickets for a “mammoth” 2022 world tour, it will feature three months of performances in the U.S. followed by a month in Europe. The dates begin with a January 10 show at Matthew Knight Arena in Eugene, Oregon, and will have 37 scheduled shows at arenas in the United States, then 17 more across the Atlantic.
Blonde Redhead will perform as the opening act for Tool on dates from January 10-February 10. Then Acid Helps will replace them as the opening act beginning February 19 through March 20. Opening acts for the European dates have not been announced yet.
They chose the Matthew Knight Arena to open the tour since the 2020 Fear Inoculum tour was canceled. Tool had been preparing to perform at that venue on March 12, 2020, instead it became the first show to be canceled as nationwide lockdowns began to be mandated.
